Meet the Veterinarians -> Hans Gann

Dr. Gann grew up outside of Barnsdall, Ok in Osage County. As a child Dr. Gann had a menagerie of pets ranging from dogs and cats to pygmy goats and pot bellied pigs. It was at a very early age that Dr. Gann chose veterinary medicine as his future career. Dr. Gann graduated from Barnsdall high School in 2001. Following high school Dr. Gann attended OSU where he received a BS in animal Science in 2005 and his DVM in 2009. In his spare time Dr. Gann enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to OSU football games.
     
   

Fun Facts

 - Many cats are unable to digest cow's milk - it gives them diarrhea

 - Penguins can jump as high as six feet in the air.

 - A cat can either be right or left pawed. In fact, studies show cats demonstrate a distinct preference for one paw over the other!

 - Turtles are cold blooded, like all reptiles. But the Blanding's Turtle, a common North American freshwater species, has been seen swimming under the ice in the Great Lakes during winter.

 - Human tapeworms can grow up to 22.9m.
